Dominic Sesay founded this organization (CAD-SIERRA LEONE) so as to use it as a platform to pay back to society with a hidden pride in him after the award of his scholarship and he intended to use his Organization as a medium to help improve the public health status of Sierra Leone and creating lasting impacts through hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, harmful Practices and climate change adaptations.
